Daily life requires strength! This group based exercise class targets the whole body to increase strength and make the activities of daily living a bit easier. We will use gentle weight bearing exercises, stretches and balance activities to strengthen the body and bones as well as improve posture.

Instructor: Kim Pierron
Kim received a Masters degree from California State University Fullerton in Kinesiology with a special emphasis in Gerontology. She is experienced in teaching specialized fitness programs for adults of all ages.

- Level One Certification FMS (Functional Movement Systems)
Kim has two sons, two dogs and a cat. In addition to taking and teaching fitness, she loves taking walks with friends and backpacking with her husband.
