Body & Bones 4 Life

Daily life requires strength! This group based exercise class targets the whole body to increase strength and make the activities of daily living a bit easier. We will use gentle weight bearing exercises, stretches and balance activities to strengthen the body and bones as well as improve posture.


Class: Tuesday/Thursday (Starts 09/19/17)

Time: 9am – 10am



Instructor: Kim Pierron

Kim received a Masters degree from California State University Fullerton in Kinesiology with a special emphasis in Gerontology. She is experienced in teaching specialized fitness programs for adults of all ages.


  • Certified Exercise Physiologist: ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine)
  • Fallproof Balance and Mobility Specialist
  • Senior Strength Trainer, IWA (International Weightlifter’s Association)
  • Level One Certification FMS (Functional Movement Systems)

Kim has two sons, two dogs and a cat. In addition to taking and teaching fitness, she loves taking walks with friends and backpacking with her husband.


I hope you don't need to PT, but if you do, consider Chuck. For a repeat offender of a gruesome injury, I have some comparisons I can make. I was expecting archaic and abusive. Instead, I received educated and understanding. Very thankful for the care I received and have overwhelmingly positive things to say about the energetic staff.
