Pilates-Group Equipment Class

50 min class incorporating exercises using  Pilates equipment, small apparatus and mat exercises. This class will help to develop strength, flexibility, create  postural alignment, inner core strength, muscle balance and flatter abdominals.

Must reserve class online

Pilates experience is recommended

Participants must be able to get up and down from the floor unaided, during class

Socks required for your safety and hygiene

MELT Soft Roller Combo Class:

Learn how to strengthen your core and  increase flexibility  with the Melt Method, a unique  technique that re-hydrates the connective tissue,  relieves chronic pain, aches and  pains caused  by  low back, neck issues, arthritis, repetitive  movements and  sports injuries.

Participants must be able to get up and down from floor unaided, during class.

Please bring a Pilates or yoga  mat, water and wear comfortable  fitness clothing

We will supply the Hand and Foot balls, as well as the Melt soft foam roller

I am probably like most people for all I have ever known is how to work. After careful review I felt that the best facility for me was "California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy". I am only halfway through my four month therapy for a torn bicep and rotator cuff, but I feel confident that when my therapy is complete I will have been fully recovered. Not only physically, but emotionally by giving me that confidence that I will return back to work without any hesitations and feel like I am contributing again to society.
